In April 2025, Kaitlyn and Josh Louchheim combined their unique expertise—Kaitlyn’s years of advanced training and artistry in aesthetics with Josh’s strategic background in finance—to open Injection Theory in Scottsdale, Arizona. Together, they have created a space where precision meets passion, and every patient experience is thoughtfully designed. Kaitlyn Louchheim, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Kaitlyn Louchheim, FNP-C is a nationally recognized Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in advanced facial aesthetics. She is the co-founder of Injection Theory in Scottsdale, Arizona, which she built alongside her husband, Josh. With a passion for artistry and evidence-based medicine, Kaitlyn is not only a trusted injector for her patients but also an Allergan Medical Institute National Trainer and Speaker, where she educates providers across the country on the science and technique behind Botox® and the Juvéderm® Collection of Fillers.
As a Medical Director, Kaitlyn ensures the highest standards of safety, patient care, and clinical excellence. Most recently, she was honored with selection into the prestigious MD Codes™ Apprenticeship Program under world-renowned Brazilian plastic surgeon, Dr. Mauricio de Maio. This two-year mentorship represents the pinnacle of global education in aesthetic medicine and positions Kaitlyn at the forefront of innovation in facial assessment and treatment.

Josh Louchheim
Josh Louchheim spent 14 years building a successful career in management and analytics at a leading mortgage servicing company, where he specialized in process optimization, data-driven strategy, and team leadership. Known for his ability to turn complex data into actionable insights, Josh played a key role in streamlining operations and improving customer outcomes. After over a decade in the corporate world, he chose to pursue a more personal passion—entrepreneurship. In 2025, he and his wife co-founded Injection Theory, combining her background in aesthetics with his business expertise. Drawing on his analytical mindset and leadership experience, Josh now oversees operations, marketing, and growth strategy for the medspa. His transition reflects a deep commitment to innovation, quality service, and building something meaningful from the ground up.
